Jesus, Mary, Joseph, always stay by my side.
Can you imagine yourself living as the fourth member of the Holy Family? You really can, because Jesus, Mary and Joseph are just a thought away from you. The moment you desire them, they are there beside you.
God has blessed you to be born into a wonderful family on earth. Your parents and siblings may love you very much, but they cannot always be with you 24×7. For example, they cannot go with you to school and be a part of your school life, accompanying you through the varied challenges you encounter. They cannot go with you to the exam hall and help you during your exams. They cannot see everything that happens in your life, sense your deepest fears, or fully understand your heart’s feelings.
But, if you accept Joseph and Mary into your life as your spiritual parents, desiring their presence beside you all day and night, you will always be surrounded by the warmth of a family. Jesus in Holy Eucharist is always in your heart. But only when you invite Joseph and Mary too, it becomes the Holy Family around you.

You will always be surrounded by the presence of a family that sees you, understands you, loves you and strengthens you. You will never be alone. Whether you are awake or asleep, playing or studying or watching TV, they will always be beside you, guiding you in God’s light to do what is right.
2) ‘Power Touch’ of Joseph and Mary
Whatever you offer to God, be it your prayers, daily activities, sufferings, or sacrifices, when you offer it through the hands of Joseph and Mary, it is infused with an added power because their touch makes it extra special. Joseph’s and Mary’s hands held and caressed baby Jesus. Holding on to their fingers, baby Jesus learned to walk and work. Their hands wiped his tears and calmed his fears. That’s why their touch is a ‘Power touch’, making your offerings more pleasing to God!
